'Learn to Lift' Programme
Want to start weight training but not sure where to start? Not in a position to invest in 1:1 personal training but want support & guidance in the gym? Then my 'Learn to Lift' programme may be for you!
'Learn to Lift' is a 4 week beginner friendly, gym based programmed aimed to increase your knowledge of and improve your confidence in weight training.
Who is 'Learn to Lift' Suitable for?
It is a beginner friendly programme that is suitable for those who:
Are new to weight training
Have some knowledge of weight training but want to improve technique & confidence
Are looking for some structure, accountability and support in their training
What's Included in the 'Learn to Lift' Programme
2x small group personal training sessions per week (groups of 3)
2 or 3 day beginner friendly gym based weight training programme (which you can continue working on after the course)
Your own 'Learn to Lift' booklet which includes training logs for every workout and lots of information regarding:
Basic principles of weight training (e.g. terminology, key pieces of equipment, progressive overload, training intensity, advanced training techniques, rest & recovery, how to structure your training and more...)
How to structure your training
How you can track your progress
Basics of nutrition
Your two personal training slots will stay the same each week throughout the duration of the programme helping to give some structure to your week and allowing you to get to know others in your group; you never know, they may be your future training partner!

The programme starts on week commencing 3rd June 2024. Start date already passed? Don't worry, further programmes may be added at a later date if there is further interest hence please contact us (using link on website) to express your interest in future 'Learn to Lift' courses.
How Much Does it Cost?
All this for just £99! That's 8 small group personal training sessions, an information booklet containing all the key information about weight training, a training plan that you can follow even after the programme has finished (with suggestions for phased progressions) and the opportunity to meet a group of like-minded people who can help keep you accountable.
