Face to Face Personal Training
I offer both 1:1 and 2:1 face to face personal training at GymWorks, Preston. Face to face personal training is a great way to build your confidence and knowledge whilst keeping you accountable on a weekly basis.
Online Coaching
Can't make it to GymWorks, Preston? Why not try our online coaching; all programmes come with associated how to videos, ongoing support via our in app messaging system and weekly check ins so that you still get the support you need to achieve your goals.
'Learn to Lift' Weight Training Programme
A 4 week beginner friendly, gym based programme aimed at increasing both your knowledge of and confidence in weight training. The programme includes a 2-3 day training programme, 2x small group personal training sessions, a copy of the 'Learn to Lift' booklet which includes training logs for all workouts and lots of information about weight training to help get you started on your journey.
Nutrition Support
Feeling lost with your nutrition? Why not add in nutrition support? Together, we set calorie and macro targets tailored to you and your goals. We review this together every week during your check ins allowing us to make any necessary adjustments to keep you on track. I also offer advice on how to manage your nutrition around your lifestyle so that you don't have to miss out!
