Whether you're new to the gym and looking to learn the fundamentals and build your confidence, or have been training for some time but want to challenge yourself to see what you can achieve... our face to face personal training sessions will elevate your confidence & knowledge so that you can achieve your goals! With Jess' support & guidance you will build up your own knowledge so that you understand WHAT you're doing, WHY you're doing it and HOW to progress to achieve your goals... Jess will be there to support you, motivate you and celebrate your wins every step of the way.

What's Included in Face to Face Personal Training
Online or F2F consultation to discuss your goals & lifestyle so we can create a personalised, realistic plan to help you achieve your goals
Personalised programme for the duration of your plan (with phased progressions)
1 hour weekly personal training slot at GymWorks Preston to go through a workout of your choosing from your programme
Weekly check ins to monitor your progress & habits (both in and out the gym) so we can provide extra support and make any necessary adaptations
Associated 'How to Videos' for every exercise in your programme
Access to our app which allows you to plan your training split, track your workouts, track your personal bests, record body metrics (e.g. bodyweight) as you progress and so much more. You can also link your smart watch and My Fitness Pal to the app so you have everything in one place for both you and your trainer to review
Basic nutritional advice including calorie & macro guidance
1:1 Personal Training: £180 for 6 weeks, £225 for 8 weeks
*Please note: your weekly slot will remain the same throughout the duration of your purchased plan (unless otherwise agreed)
*If you wish to have more than 1 F2F session per week, please enquire for more info
2:1 Personal Training: £120 per person for 6 weeks, £150 per person for 8 weeks
Information regarding 2:1 personal training
For 2:1 personal training, programmes will be identical to allow you to go through sessions from your programme during your weekly PT session; therefore, you and your partner will need to have similar goals.
